Master Configurations

The following Master Configurations must be completed before your organization can begin using the Figgro system effectively. These foundational settings ensure proper alignment across all modules and workflows:



  • Company Invoice Templates – Customize branding, fields, and layout for all outgoing invoices

  • Accounting Hub Connections – Link Figgro with your accounting system (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books)

  • Manufacturing Settings – Define units of measure, job types, and costing preferences

  • Sales Invoice Settings – Configure terms, due dates, delivery options, and invoice automation

  • Recipe Settings – Set up standard Bills of Materials (BOMs) for production and packaging

  • Notification Templates – Customize automated alerts and email templates

  • e-Commerce Settings – Prepare online store configurations and channel integrations
